Work Experience

Doveman Corporation (1991-Present)
President, Doveman Corporation. As president of Doveman Corporation, I handle all aspects of operating a small business including Contract Administration, Accounting, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Project Management.

System Analyst and Programmer. As a Contractor and Sub-Contractor, I provide computer programming, web development, database analysis, support and consulting services to Government and Private industry. Projects include The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), American Express Financial Advisors, NetWeave, Bitstreams Inc., Amtrak, The Appraisal Subcommittee.

Matrixx Marketing (Formerly NICE Corp.) (1989-1991)
Manager/Systems Programmer: At Matrixx I started as supervisor of maintenance programming and was promoted to Manager after eight months. I then became Manager of Matrixx Plus Programming. My responsibilities included managing teams that developed custom telemarketing applications and databases in SQL for their major clients.

Sparton Electronics (1987-1989)
Supervisor of Quality Information Systems: Responsible for all design, specifications and programming of their HP1000 based manufacturing data processing system. Government required reports were generated from data collected from the manufacturing floor by the HP system as well as field test reports. Manufacturing material control was accomplished with an HP 3000 series 950 computer running MRP software. I was also responsible for performing Statistical Process Capability Studies on manufacturing processes to introduce Statistical Process Control procedures.

IOMEGA Corp. (1982-1987)
Electronic Engineer: Designed both hardware and software for manufacturing test equipment. In addition to test equipment design, I implemented a statistical process control system for their manufacturing plant in Ogden based on Hewlett Packard's QDM software on an HP 1000 computer system.

NICE Corp. (1979-1982)
System Programmer: Designed coded software to maintain their order processing systems client configuration database. This database controlled their automated transaction processing/telemarketing system. Designed and coded programs for on-line real time backup of transaction processing system on an HP 3000 computer. Other assignments include Manager of the Hardware Maintenance Group and Computer Operations.
